We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager (PM) to lead our product strategy and execution, ensure timely product delivery, and drive the successful migration of our clients to the new platform version.
Role Overview:
Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for the strategic direction, roadmap management, and delivery of Pricen’s dynamic pricing platform. The PM will oversee product delivery, support sales in pre-sales activities, and serve as the product knowledge center for the company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and operational execution to ensure product-market fit and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap Management:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Prioritize features, updates, and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Product Planning:
- Lead daily stand-up meetings and oversee development planning to ensure smooth execution.
- Set clear objectives for the development team and foster a culture of accountability and results-driven work.
- Product Delivery and Execution:
- Manage end-to-end product delivery processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
- Implement best practices for Agile and Lean product development.
- Client Migration Project:
- Lead the client migration initiative, ensuring a seamless transition between the two versions of the product.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to mitigate risks and address client concerns during the migration.
- Pre-Sales and Product Support:
- Support the Sales team in pre-sales activities by showcasing product capabilities and aligning features with client needs.
- Act as a product expert to provide technical insights and address product-related queries.
- Product Knowledge and Competence Center:
- Establish a central knowledge hub for Sales and Customer Success teams, providing training and resources on product features, updates, and best practices.
- Develop comprehensive release notes and communicate new functionalities to internal and external stakeholders.
