We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager (PM) to lead our product strategy and execution, ensure timely product delivery, and drive the successful migration of our clients to the new platform version.

Role Overview:

Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for the strategic direction, roadmap management, and delivery of Pricen’s dynamic pricing platform. The PM will oversee product delivery, support sales in pre-sales activities, and serve as the product knowledge center for the company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and operational execution to ensure product-market fit and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Roadmap Management:
    • Develop and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and client needs.
    • Prioritize features, updates, and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  2. Product Planning:
    • Lead daily stand-up meetings and oversee development planning to ensure smooth execution.
    • Set clear objectives for the development team and foster a culture of accountability and results-driven work.
  3. Product Delivery and Execution:
    • Manage end-to-end product delivery processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
    • Implement best practices for Agile and Lean product development.
  4. Client Migration Project:
    • Lead the client migration initiative, ensuring a seamless transition between the two versions of the product.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to mitigate risks and address client concerns during the migration.
  5. Pre-Sales and Product Support:
    • Support the Sales team in pre-sales activities by showcasing product capabilities and aligning features with client needs.
    • Act as a product expert to provide technical insights and address product-related queries.
  6. Product Knowledge and Competence Center:
    • Establish a central knowledge hub for Sales and Customer Success teams, providing training and resources on product features, updates, and best practices.
    • Develop comprehensive release notes and communicate new functionalities to internal and external stakeholders.
